Meet Dr. Tristan Steinberger
Dr. Steinberger is double board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology — as an anesthesiologist and as a pain medicine specialist. He earned his medical degree at the University of Kansas School of Medicine, completed his anesthesia residency at the Sunrise GME Health Consortium in Las Vegas, and finished an Interventional Chronic Pain fellowship at the University of Vermont.
He has performed thousands of interventional pain procedures and brings that skillset to Coral Gables, where he sees every patient himself.

Dr. Tristan Steinberger: I’m Dr. Tristan Steinberger. I’m owner and founder of Gables Pain. I’m a board-certified anesthesiologist and fellowship-trained chronic pain specialist. At Gables Pain, we offer a variety of treatments, including treatments for back pain, neck pain, migraine management and peripheral joint injections. We even offer regenerative medicine therapies. In addition, our staff is completely bilingual, and we even offer services in Italian and Portuguese.

Getting started is simple
Comprehensive evaluation
We start with your history, your imaging and an examination to work out which structure is actually generating the pain — not just where you feel it.
A plan built for you
Dr. Steinberger explains the options, what each one can realistically achieve, and what it involves. You decide together what to try first.
Treatment and follow-up
Procedures are done in-office with imaging guidance. We follow up to see what worked, and adjust the plan from there.
