“Dedicated to restoring and maintaining an active life.”
Treatments
Migraine
Migraine treatment options include CGRP antagonists, Botox injections, sphenopalatine ganglion blocks and occipital nerve blocks. These treatments target different aspects of migraine pain and offer effective relief for sufferers. Ketamine infusion is also available.
neck pain
Neck pain treatments such as epidural steroid injections reduce inflammation, while radio frequency ablation (RFA) disables pain-transmitting nerves, providing long-lasting relief for chronic neck pain improving your quality of life.
back pain
Back pain treatments include epidural injections delivering anti-inflammatory medication to reduce pain, while radio frequency ablation (RFA) uses heat to disable pain-transmitting nerves. Other more advanced options include basivertebral nerve ablation, spinal cord stimulator, minimally invasive lumbar decompression, or interspinous spacer.
Shoulder pain
A targeted shoulder injection with steroids, guided by ultrasound or fluoroscopy, relieves chronic pain by reducing inflammation directly at the source. This is effective for conditions such as rotator cuff injuries, arthritis, bursitis, or tendonitis, improving mobility and quality of life. Other options include peripheral nerve stimulation.
knee pain
A knee steroid injection or radio frequency ablation (RFA) using heat waves to temporarily place the nerves asleep are both guided by fluoroscopy and can relieve chronic pain by targeting inflamed tissue or specific joint spaces. These procedures are especially helpful for conditions like arthritis, bursitis, or tendinitis. Peripheral nerve stimulation is also available.
Biologics
Commonly referred to as Orthobiologics or Regenerative Medicine. These treatments like platelet-rich plasma (PRP) that use concentrated platelets and cell-derived growth factors such as exosomes can help delay the wear and tear on joints from everyday use. Hopefully, one day biologics will truly become regenerative. Ask us what is available for you.
Hip pain
A hip steroid injection either in the bursa or joint space guided by x-ray or ultrasound can help temporarily relieve chronic pain. These procedures reduce inflammation and improve mobility especially for conditions like arthritis or bursitis. Ultimately, allowing you to enjoy your hobbies and delaying more invasive measures.
other services
In addition to the above mentioned services, we can provide ganglion blocks for phantom limb pain, complex regional pain syndrome, or post-surgical pain. We can also treat Tennis or Golfer’s Elbow. Other treatments include trigger point injections for fibromyalgia.
